Dakota McKenzie is the Founder and General Partner of Dynamic.
Dakota has experience partnering with teams including Judgment Labs (Lightspeed), Infisical (Elad Gil), WorkOS (Meritech), and Radial (General Catalyst). Over the past three years, Dakota has worked alongside more than 70 technical companies from first customers through $100M+ ARR, helping Founders navigate critical paths and decisions to hit venture-scale growth.
Earlier in his career, Dakota was part of GTM teams at Demandware, Sumo Logic, Databricks, and Segment, including helping scale Databricks from sub-$1M to $150M+ ARR. He later worked with seed-stage technical Founders at Unusual Ventures before starting Dynamic.
